Dear customer, all orders are processed within 3 days after successful payment. At the moment we offer two international shipping methods, Standard and Priority.

Standard Shipping:

This method can be used for all order up to 2 kg. It is cheapest method that we use at the moment and if you decide to use this method we can not provide you with a tracking number. For orders over 2 kg, standard shipping method includes tracking number since order is sent as a package.

Priority Shipping:

This method is fastest method that we use at the moment for orders up to 2 kg. By choosing this method, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can actively track your order. Tracking number can be found on the order information page. For orders over 2 kg, standard shipping method includes tracking number since order is sent as a package.

Free Shipping:

Orders over $100 USD are eligible for free shipping.

What types of shipping class services do you offer?

TheDogClothes uses three shipping methods.

  • Standard Shipping – Cheapest shipping for orders below 2kg  without tracking number.
  • Priority Shipping – Faster shipping for orders below 2kg with tracking number.
  • Standard Package Shipping – For orders over 2kg and comes with tracking number.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, all shipping methods that we offer are international.

Do you ship to post office boxes?

No, at the moment we don’t ship to PO Box Offices.

What does "Business Day" refer to for shipping delivery time estimates?

When estimating your order’s arrival date, please do not include weekends and holidays.

Can I send items to multiple addresses with the same order?

Not at this time. To ship items to different addresses, please enter separate orders for each address.

Can I send items to different address then my billing address?

Yes, on “Checkout” page fill in “Shipping Address” form with new address and we will send your order to that address.

Why was an item on my order canceled and will I be charged?

While we do our best to fulfill all of our orders, occasionally we have to cancel an item on an order due to availability. You will receive a separate email letting you know about this cancellation and you will be refunded.
